A mile from the beach and close to the Aquarium of the Pacific, this "relaxing spot to stay" has a "cozy feel, even for the business traveler"; rooms, some with ocean views, come with
"first-class amenities" and "fabulous beds", there's an "awesome" staff and even the restaurant is "excellent", if "a bit overpriced"; add in the Reebok gym and outdoor pool ("too cold" for some), and this chainster is "quite a surprise."

This is a beautiful hotel, with excellent amenities and staff. All staff was kind and helpful. The beds were comfortable with quality linens.

Pleasantly surprised, great location, I walked to the beach in the morning, the hotel was actually nicer than in the pictures.
Parking was confusing.
The location was excellent, the staff was pleasant; clean and nicely decorated rooms in excellent condition.

The hotel was very nice, and the parking garage was safe and secure.
The $15 per day parking fee to the hotel guests is excessive, considering the regular room rates. Parking for hotel guests should be free.
Clean, staff was friendly and helpful, nice rooms and amenities, even if the mini-bar and room provided snack prices were outrageous.
